Mount Nittany Health Foundation is pleased to invite golfers of all skill levels to enjoy a day on the greens to support best-in-class healthcare for our region. Since its inception in 1991, the Golf Classic has raised over $3 million to support Mount
Nittany Health as it invests in making our community stronger.
Proceeds from this year’s event will support expanding and updating the physical therapy space in Mount Nittany Health’s new Outpatient Center being built in Toftrees West. New equipment and state-of-the-art technologies will:
- Offer patients new treatment options and therapies
- Increase capacity to serve more in our community
- Improve staff/patient interactions and overall patient experience

Registration Deadline: September 16, 2022

Register for your Chance to Win a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium!
Register today and have a one in 1,000 (estimated) chance of winning. The winning name will be randomly drawn by a representative of the tournament at the Awards Dinner and such selection shall be final and binding in all respects. All paid, registered golfers are eligible to receive one entry. All taxes, license, and title fees are the responsibility of the winner. The Crosstrek is the vehicle awarded to the winner and the prize is not subject to negotiation. Raffle ticket purchasers do not need to be present to win.
Golfers, Mount Nittany Health System employees, event volunteers, and the general public are eligible to buy raffle tickets at $100 each for a one in 1,000 (estimated) chance of winning the Crosstrek. They will need to contact the Foundation office at 814.234.6777 to purchase their tickets.
For purposes of this golf tournament, the purchaser of the ticket will be the party who will be awarded the prize. Mount Nittany Health Foundation (the Foundation) will not be responsible in any way for deciding who receives the prize. The Foundation will not be held responsible in any way for misrepresentations or mistakes of ownership that may occur from this prize. Furthermore, by entering this drawing, each participant agrees to hold harmless and fully indemnify the Foundation from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the drawing or the winner’s receipt of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the raffle or use of the prize.
In accordance with IRS regulations, the winner must pay the organization twenty-five (25%) of the fair market value of the prize minus the amount of the wager before receiving the vehicle. The Foundation is required to forward the payment to the IRS on the winner’s behalf.
